I had a mixed experience during my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt welcome throughout my time. However, the room I stayed in had some quirks and wasn't updated, which affected my comfort. The dining experience overall was decent, but I felt the value didn't quite match the price. Overall, there were more positives than negatives, though there's definitely room for improvement. 😊

My room had plenty of character, but it was quite quirky and not very modern. I found it a bit too warm at times, even with the radiators off. I think I would request a different room next time.

I had a lovely stay at Flackley Ash Country House Hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. While the room was a bit dated and had some minor issues, the overall experience was enhanced by the excellent dining options and spa services. The beautiful gardens were a tranquil retreat that added to the charm of my visit.

My Luxury Double Room was spacious and comfortable. though some decor felt tired and there were a few maintenance issues like a wonky toilet seat. Still, the seating area near the French windows offered a nice view.
